Feeling disappointed and frustrated, I recently experienced a distressing situation at the Furhao Jinling Chunmeng•SPA in Fuyang. After realizing that my car key was missing, I immediately contacted the establishment, only to be informed that they hadn't seen it. Convinced that I had left it there, I personally went to the spa to search for it. After questioning the housekeeping staff, I was told that the key had been found and handed over to the front desk. It was only after pressing them to look for it that my key was discovered in a drawer. To my astonishment, I found numerous car keys belonging to other customers in the same drawer. It made me wonder if the establishment collects car keys as a practice?

This incident has left me deeply disappointed and worried about the security and responsibility of this establishment. I urge all potential customers to consider this before choosing to visit.
